Since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, the importance of health and safety compliance has been sharply highlighted, and we ensure strict Covid protocols (hand sanitising, wearing of masks and social distancing) are observed at all times.

Health and safety within the work environment is therefore always top of mind for the Bolt and Engineering Distributors (B.E.D.) Group. On behalf of our employees – as well as our customers and suppliers – we ensure not only Covid, but also all other health and safety protocols are complied with and observed accordingly.

Throughout our operations – our branches, in our welding repair centre, warehouses and across our divisions – we ensure that health and safety matters are always regarded as important priorities.  

We are also aware that keeping our employees safe embraces more than for example just providing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), or hand sanitiser where required.

At the B.E.D. Group, we have instilled a ‘culture of safety’ within our workplace, so that it becomes second nature for our employees to take necessary and appropriate caution when performing their jobs.

The Group is committed to protecting our customers’ health and safety as well as those of our employees, at all times. We are continuously taking steps to ensure that adequate health and safety measures are in place across our facilities – for the peace of mind of all those who enter our premises.
